**Job Description for the Customer Sales Advisor role, in Belfast**

The role will involve handling a high volume of inbound calls and assisting customers in finding a particular product or service. **Working Hours & Shift Patterns** - We’re pleased to be able to offer permanent full-time hours for this role.

**Salary **- The full-time salary for this role is £19,773 plus bonus (£22,773 OTE)

**Start Date** - September 15th

**Training/Induction** - Our client is offering 4 weeks fully paid comprehensive training for this role. It’s important that you are provided and given all the material and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

**Full time**:

- Our clients sales advisors work on a rotating shift pattern, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days.

**Qualifications**

No previous telephone experience needed

The most important attribute we look for is the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service, understanding the value of our customers and the impact it has on brands. You must be able to communicate in a clear and confident manner, active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with our customers. Due to the nature of these roles, we are looking for a natural confident and resilient manner with an understanding of how to deal with customers.
