IT Operations Manager - Salesforce

Responsibilities;
- Produce performance metrics and standard reporting to determine the effectiveness of our support and adherence to SLAs
- Facilitate continuous improvement. Experience working in an agile environment would be beneficial.
Knowledge and experience;
- Industry or business qualification (e.g. ITIL)
- Good written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with presenting to small groups
- Experience in supporting SasS platforms such as Salesforce
- Previous experience of using ServiceNow for Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
