**Reporting to**:

Department run day to day by head of planning

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Previous planning/logistics experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous Water Treatment or FM experience would be a benefit

**To produce various service work sheets**
- Production of monthly contractual job sheets

**To coordinate engineers’ daily movements**:

- Booking appointments for engineers on the bespoke system and liaising with them regarding their daily work
- Monitoring engineers movements via a bespoke tracking system
- To ensure that all relevant staff are made aware of engineers’ sickness or absenteeism
- To assist in the booking of hotel rooms & travel arrangements
- To track and record all works
- To ensure all work has been completed and updated on the bespoke system

**To assist in the planning department**
- Booking access with clients and providing all the relevant documentation required
- Assistance with diary management
- Assistance with planning inbox management

**To collate completed works**:

- To ensure that all paperwork is returned to the office within pre-agreed company timelines
- To check and process completed paperwork
- To liaise with various members of staff to ensure all works are completed
- To update contractual schedules of works, to ensure that the information is accurate
- To ensure that all relevant paperwork is scanned and saved

**To carry out any other reasonable tasks for the benefit of the company**
- Liaising with clients regarding various requests
- Assisting the department with any other reasonable requests

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
