Complexus Care delivers bespoke, person-centred, complex care to their clients, through both empowerment and clinical expertise, with an embedded holistic approach. We support our clients who have a variety of complex care needs and enable them to live independently within the community.

**About The Role**

We are currently recruiting for **Full & Part-Time FEMALE Support Workers **to work with a lady who has Spinal Muscular Atrophy and Scoliosis. She lives in her own home in the **Droitwich **area. This lady has complex care needs and is fed via a PEG. She uses a BiPap and Nebulisers.

**A Full** **Driving Licence Essential.**

**About You**

You will be friendly, approachable, reliable, and trustworthy and you will work well as part of a team, but also able to use your own initiative. You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and written. You must be respectful and ensure you allow this lady to have her own personal space. You will be supporting her to maintain her independence and you will be observant, sensitive, and considerate. Previous experience and the ability to understand and deal with complex needs is desirable. Being registered on the DBS update service would be beneficial.

**The shift times are as follows**:
You will work on a rota basis, including weekdays and weekends to cover day shifts and waking night shifts.
- Day shift: 9.00am - 9.00pm
- Waking Night shift: 9.00pm - 9.00am

Non-smokers are preferred as this is a completely **Non-Smoking** household.

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check **will** be required**.**

**Rates of Pay**:Up to **£17.00** per hour upon successful completion of competencies and training.

**Salary**: Up to £17.00 per hour
