- Excellent organisational skills and time management.

- Proficiency in administrative tasks and IT (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Experience or examples of marketing and communication related to community activation are essential.

Desirable Qualities:

- Experience in community or sports promotion.
- Knowledge of marketing and communication strategies.
- A passion for women's sports.
- Experience in event or project coordination.
- Engagement in community activation efforts.
- A valid UK Driving License to help with travel for events.

Main Duties:

- Administration of marketing and match day activations for Essex women's games and community celebration weeks.
- Promotion of Essex Women's Games and creation of promotional content.
- Planning and activation of match day activities and support for engagement with new partners and spectators.
- Increase social media content and awareness for the Essex Women's Team.
- Support other major match day activities or any duties as required by the line manager.
