This role is dedicated to providing administration support to the business with regards to purchasing and selling motor vehicles. A keen eye for detail, and a proactive work ethic will see the apprentice lean the many aspects on which make a business work successfully in this faced paced arena.
- Process customer orders, invoices and deal with customers
- Answer the telephone and take customer orders
- Update and maintain customer records
- Filing
- Deal with customer queries
- Assist in general administration
- Scanning and filing
- Assist in dealing with queries
- Cover other staff roles during annual leave or busy periods
- Helping with the smooth running of the office and may involve helping in other departments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £10,982.00 per year
