JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+
LOCATION: North Yorkshire
THE ROLE:
This private client department of this Yorkshire based law firm is looking to the future and is looking to recruit a new Solicitor into one of its branch offices to handle a full and varied caseload of private client transactions. Dealing with all types ofprivate client matters you will ideally be able to advise on all types of Wills, Trusts, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. STEP membership would be advantageous.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors with at least 12 months’ PQE who are looking for the opportunity to manage their own caseload of files and undertake the daily duties required of a fee earner. Recently qualified Solicitors who have spentat least a seat of their training contract handling wills and probate matters are encouraged to apply. It is essential that you are capable of contributing to business development and being pro-active in participating in marketing initiatives, including writingnewspapers articles and blogs, attending networking events and presenting at seminars.
