Employer Engagement Advisor

**Home Based**

Here at Serco we are recruiting for an Employer Engagement Advisor to join our Employment, Skills & Enterprise team. As Engagement Advisor you will be first point of contact delivering a professional and high-quality customer service on behalf of Serco Employment, Skills and Enterprise (ESE) and its customers. This role involves working within agreed services levels across multiple contracts.

You will need to use your own initiative as well as follow established procedures, processes, legislation and systems to source information to provide a resolution for the customer.
Working to monthly targets, as Engagement Advisor you will initiate outbound contact with individuals and businesses to promote the benefits of our current training and skills offer, offering advice and support on how it can support them and securing bookings with a skills coach. The Engagement advisor will also handle inbound enquiries relating to training and skills support, advising individuals and businesses on the programmes available, and securing bookings for training and further support.

You will be given the autonomy to implement your own business to business sale techniques to achieve monthly targets. Within the role you will build strong relationships and provide customer solutions using your effective communication skills.

**What you’ll need to do the role**
You will have experience of business-to-business sales with lead generation and have the ability to deal professionally with a large volume of outbound calls within a sales environment.
To be successful in the role you should have excellent customer service experience and be confident working as an individual creating your own sales strategies.

You will need to be based in the West Midlands and have the capacity to work from home.

**What you’ll need to do the role**
You will have experience of sales calls with lead generation and have the ability to deal professionally with a large volume of outbound calls within a sales environment.
To be successful in the role you should have customer service experience and/or experience within a tele sales setting.
