**Machine Operator**

**Salary**: £25,000 per year (rising to £34,500 after training)

Are you a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Summit Selection are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our client in the manufacturing sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain machinery efficiently and safely in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and advance to higher responsibility levels.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality output.
- Willingness to undergo training and learn new skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
