**Job Location**

Newton le Willows / WFH Hybrid

**What the role is**:
Assume overall responsibility and ownership (the go to person) for the end-to-end management of the Group CRM (Hubspot) and data to optimise the CRM features to support lead generation campaigns, cross and up sell and customer engagement to support the Groupgrowth ambitions.

**What we need from you - skill base requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- CRM experience (ideally Hubspot) and data mining - minimum 2 years
- **Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)**:

- Hubspot certified
- Other appropriate qualifications
- **The successful applicant will match the below profile**
- A self-starter and proven CRM expert with a passion on data quality to understand our customers and prospects better
- Results orientated
- Creative, analytical, organised, detailed, with a hands-on and can-do attitude
- Can work under own initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable challenging the status-quo to shape the future direction
- Understands the current data protection and privacy legislation
