This is a fantastic opportunity to join Bristol City Council’s Tenancy Management service as a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, helping residents who need extra support to sustain a tenancy access appropriate support services, actively building relationships with support providers and identifying innovative opportunities for supporting residents.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to manage a complex and challenging workload in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and Bristol City Council tenants. This is a new role and you will be instrumental in driving forward positive changes on how we support our tenants to successfully sustain tenancies.
