We are a small (48 cover restaurant, 45 cover bar) with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a heavy focus on friendly and engaging customer service.

**Hours**: We have a variety of part-time hours available across evenings and weekends

**In this role**:
You will be working with other members of the Front of House team to welcome and serve customers providing excellent customer service, completely drink orders and serving food and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers upon arrival and seating them at their tables
- Providing customers with a great experience during their time with us
- Managing our other staff members and ensuring their roles are being fulfilled
- Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
- Ensuring work areas remain tidy and clean
- Complete drink orders accuratley and promptly
- Serve food to customers
- Operating a POS till system confidently
- Handle cash and cards payments from customers
- Accepting delivering, restocking the bar and cellar

**Key Skills**:

- Previous experience is preferable but not required as all training will be provided
- Great communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Be polite, approachable, confident and hardworking
- Attention to detail and ability to fulfil drink orders correctly
- Be able to work in a fast-pace, loud environment, dealing with multiple requests at the same time
- Practical bartending skills, such as using a cocktail shaker and cellar work
- Mixology or hospitality qualifications are desireable
- Verifying the age and checking ID of potential customers
