**About You**
You need to be a qualified Health Visitor (SCPHN) who is able to lead and manage, working closely with other Children's Services colleagues and Family Hubs. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to prioritise and ensure key targets are met. You should be able to work alone and in a team with an ability to maintain electronic records.
