**Part-Time Football Coach & Centre Coordinator**

**Location**: Leisure United, William Fosters, Ince, Wigan, WN2 2BU
**Hours**: Initially Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM (potential for more)
**Rate**: £15-£20 per hour (negotiable, dependent on experience)
**Start Date**: January

Are you passionate about football coaching and leadership? We're seeking a dynamic **Football Coach & Centre Coordinator** to join our team at our football coaching centre in Wigan. This part-time role is perfect for someone with coaching experience and a knack for managing operations and people.

**About the Role**

As a key part of our team, you’ll be responsible for:

- Delivering high-quality coaching sessions.
- Managing and overseeing a team of coaches.
- Setting up pitches and maintaining equipment.
- Welcoming customers and ensuring a fantastic experience.
- Conducting quality checks on sessions and coaches.
- Reporting on attendance and session outcomes.
- Maintaining the highest standards of training and customer service.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven coaching experience (FA Level 2 qualification desirable but not essential).
- **Desirable**: Management or team leadership experience.
- A strong ability to manage staff and maintain high standards.
- Enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
