Trainer - Claims

Do you have extensive experience in **Third Party Claims**? Have you been involved in**training** new staff?

We are currently looking for a Trainer to join a leading and expanding insurance business.

You will need to be commutable to either, Haywards Heath, Tunbridge Wells, Chelmsford, Manchester or Whitstable.

In this role, you will be responsible for keeping all the training material for third party up to date and current inline with regulations.

You will need:

- Experience in your area of expertise which must be either
- Customer claims motor, with strong technical skills and knowledge of legal liability, policy indemnity, motor vehicle repair processes, recoveries and fraud detection. In addition, Markerstudy product, brand & scheme knowledge.
- Customer claims home, with strong technical skills and knowledge of policy indemnity, storm claims, subsidence claims. In addition, Markerstudy product, brand & scheme knowledge.
- Third party Claims, with strong technical skills and knowledge of legal liability, policy indemnity, special damages, PI general damages, OIC, MOJ, CPR, litigation, recoveries and fraud detection. In addition, Markerstudy product, brand & scheme knowledge.
- Experience in delivering both classroom and side-by-side training to individuals and larger groups, both remotely and face to face.
- Experience in producing professional, comprehensive, structured, engaging and innovative claims training material.
- Excellent communication, planning, prioritisation & organisational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse/identify trends where training may be required, and have strong report writing skills.
- Good understanding of the departments vision & strategy and the KPI's, SLA's and T&O's that drive excellent performance.

**Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm**
**Salary: £23,000 - £32,000 Depending on Experience
