**Job Purpose**:

- Leading the integration, test and commissioning of Seaeye products to meet contractual and business requirements
- To lead and develop the Integration Team at Saab Seaeye
- An in depth background and knowledge of ROV's will be required
- Leadership experience will be required

**Key accountabilities and responsibilities**:

- On time delivery of integrated and commissioned systems to the required quality standard
- Maintaining a safe working area and strict adherence to appropriate safety standards
- 6S standards implemented and minimum level of compliance maintained
- Skills and competence development of the Integration team via structured training plan
- Continuous Improvement philosophy in place
- Supporting the setting to work process as required
- Capacity planning for the integration area in line with Seaeye business forecasts
- Positive collaboration with key internal stakeholders
- Support production engineering in the development and implementation of improved production methods for new and existing products
- Support the relocation of the of the Integration area to a new facility with mínimal disruption

- Lean manufacturing
- Kaizen
- Seaeye Product knowledge
- Offshore energy domain knowledge and experience

**General accountabilities and responsibilities**:

- To use personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in day to day activities and procedures within the specified role.
- To maintain personal ability in, and appropriate use of, all relevant IT (Information and Technology) and other systems required to adequately perform the role.
- To act ethically, with integrity and in the best interest of the business at all times
- To maintain a professional and supportive relationship with team members and other departments in order to deliver business objectives or deadlines.
