**Head of Marketing (start-up fintech)**

**London (hybrid working)**

**£70,000 - £90,000 plus benefits + share options**

A new investment platform to the market is looking for its first Head of Marketing to devise and lead on their marketing strategy. The business was set up by a number of highly experienced wealth professionals from the biggest brands in the market. Theyhave come together to create a digital first method for their clients to personalise their financial planning and help them grow their money.

The Head of Marketing will be an integral part of the leadership team and will steer the business on their growth journey from a marketing perspective.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage and lead the overall marketing strategy for the business
- Take control of the overall marketing spend and allocate channels and resources to maximize return on spend
- Manage the corporate brand and identity and ensure all outwardly facing communication and materials adhere to these standards
- Manage the creative flow of assets through the business
- Manage external agencies across marketing, PR and design
- Awards submissions - identify relevant industry awards and opportunities for the company to enter
- Define marketing KPIs to perform at a high level and exceed expectation
- Reporting and analysis should be in your DNA so analysing performance and reporting those results to the leadership team

**Person requirements**
- Demonstrable experience of leading a marketing function in a start-up environment
- Evidence of growth through your marketing involvement
- Ability to operate at a strategic level but also implement plans and campaigns where necessary
- Experience setting and managing a marketing budget
- A keen eye for creative design, eye catching content and stand out visuals
- Analytical and creative
- High standards of integrity and trust
- Self-motivated and able to manage projects successfully with limited oversight
- Strong written communication,listening, and presentation skills
