**Experienced Property Inventory Clerk**

WF Inventory & Property Services Ltd is an independent, small but busy; and expanding inventory services provider, supplying services to Letting Agents and Private landlords in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

We offer unbiased third party, detailed, comprehensive, and bespoke inventories; check-ins, interim inspections, and check-out reports, which entails flexible hours and good rates of pay.

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our friendly team of clerks. We cover various areas of Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, with some of the most prestigious letting agents as clients.

**Job description**

As an experienced Inventory Clerk representative of WF Inventory & Property Services Ltd your job will contain the following:

- Meet clients to collect keys and visit properties to record the condition, fixtures, fittings, and cleanliness of its contents using extensive written and photographic evidence. This evidence will be compiled into a report which you will complete at home.
- Test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
- Liaising with clients and tenants
- Advise clients when properties require works, cleaning or are unfit for occupancy, inadequate smoke/carbon monoxide alarm
- Collect and document meter readings
- Reporting any damage, problems, or issues

- Excellent time management skills, strict deadlines will be in place for all reports
- Leadership skills _(not essential)_
- Organised, Punctual and Reliable
- Excellent IT literate skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for property
- High attention to detail
- Approachable and able to communicate confidently with clients
- Highly motivated
- Able to work calmly under pressure

**Key Requirements**
- Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Full driver’s licence, with own transport
- Work on a self-employed basis - UTR number required
- Up to date DBS check

- Access to a computer, iPad, or smartphone
- Mobile battery pack charger for charging on the go
- Utility keys
- Hand sanitiser
- Extendable stick
- Dictaphone (_not essential_)

**Job Type: Part-time, Permanent**

**Salary**: Up to £1,000.00 per month

Part-time hours: 16-30 per week
