The Product Principal plays a lead role in the build and delivery of remarkable products, working to grow and support a driven product team. You will nurture the team's skills through career coaching, and work with senior client stakeholders to accelerate their digital capabilities.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Extensive experience in a lead Product Management role with leadership responsibilities including coaching and developing others.
- An informed set of product principles derived from experience building exceptional products with best-in-class user experience and high complexity.
- A proven history of bringing innovative solutions to market, strong decisions, and achieving product success.
- A deep understanding of product discovery, how product teams work with data and feedback, and how this scales in organisations from early-stage startups to enterprises in line with agile best practices.
- As a Principal you will be comfortable shaping how we deliver our engagements being the content experts bringing the best thinking of AND to our clients in terms of standards, templates, ways of working, tools and accelerators.
- Proven experience mentoring and giving and receiving regular feedback to help the product community develop and become more effective in their specialisms.
