Sanctuary Personnel has new permanent position based in Stevenage. We are currently looking for a Social Worker with an enthusiastic and professional approach to take on a new role as a Senior Practitioner within a Safeguarding Team on a full-time basis.Thesalary for this permanent Social Worker role is up to £39,880 per annum.As a Senior Practitioner, you will already have highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice. Your advanced expertise and knowledge will help you to take the lead on themost complex cases within the department.The Family Safeguarding Teams are a pioneering model of social work which consist of multi-agency teams that work with Child Protection and Child in Need cases and conduct the majority of our care proceedings. Thesemulti-disciplinary teams consist of professionals in children's and adult social work, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, substance misuse and mental health who work together to tackle the root causes of risk in families. Our clinical psychology service will supportPLO and proceedings work with specialist assessments.
