**About the role**

Working at Bloc is more than just “working at some hotel”. It’s being part of a new hotel experience where our service and attention to detail ethic is second to none at every step of a guests stay.

As a Room Attendant, you will:

- Work flexible hours (Monday - Sunday with at least two days off)
- Consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness presentation and care in all guest rooms and public areas
- Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors
- Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly
- Ensure the Bloc uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition
- Ensure the guest rooms are cleaned, stocked and maintained to the required standard
- Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved
