Temporary Administrator required for a housing company based in Scarborough. Working within the procurement team you will contribute to the day to day running of the department ensuring orders are managed effectively and checking compliance is extremely accurate. Our client can offer flexible start and finish times to work around childcare and are also able to offer 2 days remote working, you will however be expected to be office based the other 3 days.
Some of the key responsibilities:
- Updating paperwork internally as well as on behalf of contractors
- Updating relevant internal teams if quotes have expired, ask for new quotes
- Ensuring health and safety forms are up to date
- Must be confident to pick up the phone and chase missing information
- Day to day filing
This will be working Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch, paying an hourly rate of £11.58 per hour. No onsite car park however plenty of local disc zone parking available, you will be able to move your vehicle as and when needed.
