**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by serving a variety of beverages and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards while delivering high-quality drinks in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain an organised and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.

**Qualifications**
- Previous 2 years experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Experience making cocktails within fast paced environments
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
- Knowledge of food safety practices relevant to the preparation and serving of beverages.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their experience.
