**What you’ll be doing**:

- Working in a supported housing scheme for homeless adults.
- Engaging with customers and finding solutions to issues.
- Managing challenging behaviours.
- Light domestic duties.
- Carrying out building checks and welfare checks.
- Working with colleagues to deliver excellent service.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Great communications skills.
- Self-confidence and resilience.
- Awareness of safeguarding, and homelessness legislation/practice.
