Ecommerce Coordinator

The company is looking for an intelligent Ecommerce Marketplace Coordinator who is ambitious, proactive, and innovative. You will manage the day-to-day operations of all eCommerce marketplaces including eBay and Cdiscount with the potential of managing other channels including Amazon.
You will also work closely with the Senior Channel Managers to assist with the brand's market growth and sales.
**Duties**:
- Ensure that all relevant changes and correct information is displayed on listing, ncluding titles, images, description, organic keywords and SEO.
- Keeping up to date with all latest product reviews and taking action on any sudden drops.
- Working closely with Senior Channel Managers on marketplace strategy and sales growth.
- Researching any upcoming changes to channel or looking at alternative ways to complete tasks and trial new techniques.
- The key point of contact for marketplace representatives.
- Providing regular sales reporting and evaluating data to provide insights. Working with other teams to assist with forecasting and planning.
- Ensuring that channel has correct stock, handling any out-of-stock issues or missing inventory.
- Oversee marketplace issues, working with the marketplace to resolve the problem and ensure smooth operations.
- Working as part of a team to launch new products onto the marketplaces.
- Explore new possibilities for marketplaces and opportunities for the growth of the brand, providing reports to the Senior Channel Managers.
- Partake and arrange calls with external account managers to discuss business strategy and upcoming deals.
Essential:
- Strong IT skills and be able to learn new software quickly
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Use initiative and be disciplined in your approach
- Be highly analytical and able to provide valuable data insights
- Familiarity with PPC, Analytical Software, and Excel
- Experience with eBay, Cdiscount, or other online marketplaces.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Knowledge of eBay and Amazon seller Central advantageous
**Working Hours and Time**: 38 hours per week
Monday: 07:30am - 5:00pm
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 08:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 08:30am - 4:30pm
