**Financial planning firm located in Poole advising the South for over 30 years are recruiting for a Paraplanner to join their busy team. As the paraplanner you will be supporting the director with suitability report writing, and research for pensions,investments, IHT, retirement planning, mortgages and protection.**
This is predominantly a office based role with flexibility, a salary of circ £35,000- £40,000 offered dependant on experience, alongside other benefits such as further study support,5% pension, 20 days holiday increasing to 25. You will be working in a longstanding,extremely friendly, yet hardworking team.
- My client is seeking a individual who ideally is Level 4 Diploma qualified, with a sound employment history in Paraplanning. Ideally you will be taking on the more technical reports, so strong report writing skills and a excellent understanding of thefinancial planning process are a must._
**Duties to include**:
? Discuss client objectives with Practice Principle
? Ensuring all compliance, risk profile and product provider paperwork is present
? Identify and obtain the information necessary to compile financial planning options
? Present completed file to Practice Principle Preparing recommendations, to:
? Identify areas for planning
? Undertake research to identify suitable solutions to meet the clients needs
? Prepare information/comparisons for analysis
? Liaise with client’s legal and tax advisers (if applicable)
? Consider current and future allocation of assets for investment strategy with regard to client risk profile Implementing recommendations
? Prepare suitability letters in accordance with the agreed recommendations
