**About us**
We’re a small family run business which has growing demand, our workshop is located at our home and we’re looking for someone who can help with the day-to-day assembly and shipping of products.

Our normal working hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm, with room for flexibility as the team grows.
The Assembly Operator is responsible for the construction of materials from our CNC machine, which form a finished product, ready for delivery to the customer.
Working within the workshop during assembly, the role can often be independent. This includes varied build processes

- Understand the assembly, with a keen eye for detail to ensure no products are sent with defects.
- Regular short journeys taking products from the workshop to the warehouse, using the company van.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Liaise with management on parts required, equipment issues, and potential process improvements.
- Timekeeping & organisational skills are essential, along with ensuring responsibility for your own work environment to be safe, tidy & clean.
**Skills**
- Ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work on own initiative, but also remain focused on meeting deadlines.
- An eye for detail and a steady hand for assembly work.
