We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telemarketing Representative to join our team on a casual, temporary basis for three months. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting our Education Sales Partners with the right contacts at schools to arrange product demonstrations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to schools to identify the appropriate decision-makers for product demonstrations.
- Accurately gather and record contact details and relevant information.
- Schedule appointments or facilitate introductions for Education Sales Partners.
- Work towards achieving set targets and KPIs for call volume and successful connections.
- Communicate professionally and effectively, maintaining a high standard of verbal and written communication.
- Ensure all data and records are accurately maintained and organised.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or similar outbound calling roles, ideally with experience contacting schools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately capture information.
- Highly organised and able to manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
- A self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and performance goals.
