**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to ensure understanding.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other educators and specialists to support students with special educational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children.
- Knowledge of special education practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educating young learners.
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or a related field would be advantageous.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £30.00 per hour
