This role provides an excellent opportunity for an ambitious fundraiser to lead on stewardship projects at a world-class Arts venue and charity. The role focuses on the development and implementation of Norwich Theatre’s Supporters Membership programme andFriends scheme, identifying and acting on opportunities for new and uplifted support, and creating a compelling case to generate income to deliver Norwich Theatre’s vision and mission.

**About the role**

Working closely with the Head of Media & Communications, you will create a compelling case for support that generates income to deliver Norwich Theatre’s vision and mission. You will identify and act on opportunities for new donations, and cultivate newand uplifted support, by initiating, managing and developing a comprehensive programme of strategic stewardship activities

**About you?**

With a track record of experience of delivering high-quality, creative donor stewardship, together with experience of liaising with and influencing stakeholders at all levels and building effective relationships, you will have excellent written and spokencommunication skills. Creativity for creating a joyful donor experience and a passion for theatre or the performing arts is always helpful.
