**9.00 am - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday.**

**Role purpose**:
The provide Front of House and Reception Support to our James House and Cole Valley sites. O_ffer a polite, welcoming and professional presence to all guests & _staff.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Front of House / Reception duties include but are not limited to - ensuring the room booking system functions effortlessly on a daily basis.
- _Meeting and greeting of Customers / visitors & staff_
- _Receiving of all incoming calls & transferring of calls via switchboard. _
- _Maintaining smooth running of all meeting rooms over three locations (JH, CV1 & CV2) including allocation of EV spaces. _
- _Oversee other SCC location meeting rooms when staff on leave, to send out information to all staff locations within SCC when required._
- _Deal with complaints professionally and efficiently ensuring all are forwarded to correct personnel._
- _Deal with all catering requests._
- _Deal with all Wi-fi, AV and technical requests._
- Book taxis for guests & staff.

**Attribute Required***:
