EPA Manufacturing Ltd, is a leading specialist ammunition manufacturer working within the global Defence Industry. Established for over 15 years, we have recently moved to a brand-new facility near Lincoln due to continued expansion. We are an approved supplier to many Defence Organisations in the UK and worldwide, currently exporting to over 30 countries.
The move has created an exciting opportunity for a Stores Supervisor to join our team. This position is suited to a well-disciplined person with a methodical approach and an eye for detail, someone who is looking to advance within a growing organisation.
**Stores Supervisor**
This is a new role, that will expand and will offer the opportunity to advance within the business. We want someone to bring new ideas and assist in the implementation of a new ERP system, someone who can grow with the business, who will be capable of fulfilling several different roles within stores, computer literate and confident with excel and word is essential as well as being a good communicator. A Positive Can-Do Attitude Towards Work and a Flexible attitude is essential.
**Stores Supervisor
- Job Summary**
Day to day the role will involve a variety of tasks, working closely with the Purchasing Manager and Production Planning to ensure production is fully supported with raw materials as and when required. Collating work orders ahead of production, stock control, deliveries, goods in /out, maintaining the stock system, stock adjustments, maintaining adequate stock levels for consumables, booking in stock, GRN allocations, collecting stock from various locations, unloading and supervising deliveries and collections. Ensuring all stock areas are organised, clean, and tidy. Attention to detail and good housekeeping are essential.
**Stores Supervisor-Qualifications and Skills**
Warehouse experience Essential: 2 years plus
Familiar with Stock management techniques
Warehouse health & safety legislation
Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
Strong organisational and time management skills
Fork Lift licence
