We are looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to join our great team. You will work alongside our Marketing Manager where you will not only give valuable support on the full range of marketing activity, but you will also gain fantastic relevant experience.
**The Role**:
- To provide creative ideas and input into projects and campaigns.
- Be responsible for adding content to the company’s website and ensure it is kept fully up to date. Monitor, and report on any outdated content and liaise with other teams to ensure content is updated, current and valid. It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of working with a content management system.
- Maintain the property portals, ensuring all images, copy, selling prices and sales messages are up to date.
- Support the management of social media accounts (TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter) and content plan.
- Assist in the organising of showhome openings and other company events.
- Assist in photo and video shoots.
- Manage the marketing database and help produce relevant reports and data.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget.
- Support in the creation of artwork, such as brochures, flyers and signage. Develop briefs for external designers.
- Work closely with external agencies.
- Manage the company’s photo and video library.
- Help support the company’s charitable and community engagement functions.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities.
**Must Have**:
- A passion for property and the construction industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills
- An interest in digital marketing and be open to learning more about search engine optimisation.
- Good organisational skills, including attention to detail and determination to see things through.
- Team player with a can-do attitude, but also self-motivated and comfortable working on own initiative.
- Willing to learn, be flexible and get involved with a wide range of tasks.
- Achieved or are undergoing the final stages of a degree in marketing, communications, business or other relevant field.
- A driving licence.
