**Job Purpose**

Supervising a team to produce high quality meat products on time, and in full for our customers. Our mixing room is one of the first stages in our production processes and as such you will play a vital role in ensuring that the food we produce adheres to our high standards of quality and integrity. There are multiple roles within the mixing room, which allows the team to develop their skills and enhance their training. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing your team as they complete the production plan each day.

**Hours of Work**

Dayshift : Start 6:30am-7am to Finish, 5 out of 7 days

**What it takes**

You do not need experience as full training will be provided, we look for a can - do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team. It is important that you can read and understand product specifications, have experience in scale operations and precise measurements. Previous experience in leading a team is beneficial.
