At Dimensions, we are offering day shifts, weekend and waking night contracts. This will be discussed with you during the interview process, and you will be matched to people we support in line with hours and patterns of shifts you are able to work. As a member of our support team, you will be supporting one gentleman with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs to live his live more independently and support him to reach his full potential by providing both physical and emotional support. You will empower him to lead a lifestyle his is proud of; Supporting and encouraging him to find opportunities in education, employment, and leisure, support with his health and well-being and pursuing his interests and hobbies. Do you have what it takes? You're empathic, patient, and able to listen to the people we support and demonstrate an understanding of what they are communicating. You're willing to work with people who require additional support because of behaviour that is challenging. You're respectful and confident in handling potentially tough circumstances.
