**Receptionist**
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and employees. You will handle all front desk duties, including answering phones, managing appointments, and supporting the administrative needs of the office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional tone.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and ensure that common areas are well-maintained.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling office supplies.
- Provide information and assistance to clients, customers, and staff members.
- Handle visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and team activities.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed to support the office.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced work environment.

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
*Duties*
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry and filing

- Assist with office tasks as required
- Utilise computerised systems for scheduling and information management
- Proficient in Google Suite and QuickBooks

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
