Office Administrator

We are currently looking for an **Office Administrator to** join our expanding Team in Milton Keynes.
Whilst experience of working in an office environment is preferred, full training will be provided.
- Admin experience
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organized
- Ability to use own initiative to manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to handle busy switchboard
- Able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and enthusiasm
- Able to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Have a pro-active, can-do attitude
**As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for**:
- General Administration duties including rostering, scheduling, and handling calls
- Answering telephones
- Support the field operations team in delivering the overall service provision
- Prepare reports using database information
- Order uniform for staff members
- Deal with HR letters
