We have an exciting opportunity for someone coming ideally from a proven Customer Service background looking for their next career step. Working within our busy Commercial department you will support the team of Commercial Account Handlers with the aim to moveinto an Account Handler role once fully trained.
**The Role**:
- Developing and maintaining client relationships by providing excellent Customer Service.
- To provide full administration to the Commercial Account Handler
- Making a positive impression with customers when speaking to them on the phone and dealing with their queries professionally and confidently.
- Work towards gaining a full understanding of all scheme binder business.
- Ensure that all client data is maintained and updated in a timely manner
- Follow the rules and regulations as set out by the Financial Conduct Authority
- Minimum of one year’s customer service experience in any industry
- A passion for delivering the best service possible to your customers
- Ability to build a rapport with lots of different types of individuals internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Being a team-player: our success is not only based on individual efforts, but working efficiently as one team
- Confidence to manage your workload and any issues professionally and calmly
- Embrace and support our culture
- Ideally a minimum of 2 A Levels grade C or above alongside English and Maths GCSE Grade C or equivalent, alternatively at least one years experience working in an office environment
- Computer Literate
