Executive Assistant to Commercial Director for

My clients are a high successful multi-discipline brand with an exciting opportunity for a PA to support their Commercial Director. This role requires a highly business astute and commercially driven Executive Assistant who is skilled at performing outsidethe normal role of an EA. This is an office based role with onsite parking.
This is a dual role. On the PA side of the role, this role requires an EA who is meticulous and has excellent attention to detail striving to deliver the highest levels of service and quality. The role will require heavy diary and inbox management and clientliaison always acting in an ambassadorial capacity. You will be producing board level documents and reports and arranging complex travel when required.
On the Executive Assistant side this role will entail extensive event management and client support. The MD is very active with external suppliers and clients on the networking and branding side. This will include supporting on the event management sidefor very large events and all associated logístical support. In addition, you will be involved in supporting a range of projects across the business both transformational and transactional as the business undergoes change to adapt to its evolving marketplace.
This role requires an experienced PA who has had strong commercial exposure and board level experience. Exposure to projects or events would be desirable. You will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment where things can change momentarily andoften without notice. You will be a forward planner who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and really get stuck in when needed.
Applicants will have Board level commercial PA experience. Exposure to client liaison, events and/or projects would be desirable. You will have experience of working in environments that are not too rigid and changing. This role requires a forward thinkerwho is a chameleon to change and can manage heavy volumes of work.
