**Night Porter**

Caledonian is looking for exceptional individuals aspiring to excel in the hospitality industry operating all year-round.

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Handle any guests’ enquiries, incidents and coordinate services where required in conjunction with the Manager.
- Following company control procedures in accordance with the internal audit requirements.
- Confidently know all emergency procedures, have full knowledge of fire procedures.
- Work in conjunction with the wider Front Office department to ensure all night’s objectives are fulfilled.
- Close daily business, clean, maintain, secure property, and prepare for new day.
- Aid other departments while on shift - bar or restaurant if necessary.
- Always demonstrate a high level of customer service.

**About you**
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Have excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work a flexible shift pattern.
- Previous experience working nights desirable.
