**Job Description: Sales Advisor**

We are currently looking for a number of full-time Sales Advisors who are passionate about providing excellent customer service to work within our London Station network of stores throughout zones 1 and 2.

**Duties include the following;**
- Be knowledgeable and confident about all the Company’s services and retail products
- Process transactions in an efficient and professional manner adhering to company and Network Rail policies and procedures
- Handle customer queries and complaints both in person and over the telephone in line with Company policy
- Ensure safe and proper handling of Customer’s luggage and possessions
- Ensure a high level of visual merchandising for travel goods and ensure areas are fully stocked and replenished
- To ensure customers are issued with a unique reference ticket generated by the Company’s left luggage till system
- Ensure that any security issues are acted upon where necessary and reported to Management and/or appropriate authorities
- To be vigilant and accurate when dealing with product and monies ensuring that Company procedures are adhered to
- Ensure the banking is done at the end of each shift and that any discrepancies are reported
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping are adhered to
- Other comparable duties as and when required

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous Retail and Sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player
**How we will reward you**:

- £10.85 per hour
- 29 days holiday (including bank holidays) which increases with length of service
- Uniform provided
**Please Note**:

- Lone working and heavy lifting are involved in this role
- Flexibility to match our opening hours which will include early and late shifts.

**Salary**: £10.85 per hour
