Financial Services Administrator

**Office Based, f ree on-site parking available
£22k to £25k DOE**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Consultants & Advisors.
- Prepare document packs and write reports and recommendations for client meetings.
- Record and maintain client personal, investment and transaction data.
- Ensure clients are proactively updated where required and expectations managed effectively.
- Prepare and distribute client financial statements and newsletters.
- Process and monitor new and existing business; effective pipeline management.
- Administration of Group Schemes.
- Liaise with clients, fund management groups and insurance companies on a day-to-day basis.
- Open and distribute post.
- Write letters and prepare spreadsheets.
- Work with and support other members of the team, to ensure deadlines are met
**Experience Required**:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Good numeracy skills with close attention to detail.
- High levels of integrity, handling confidential information.
- The ability to adapt and have a flexible approach to work.
- Excellent time management.
- An ability to act responsibly on initiative.
- A degree of creative flair toward marketing.
- Encouragement and support toward furthering your development.
