**About the job**
We are looking for a motivated and committed operations administrator to join our team in Glasgow. In this role, you will be providing support to the operations team and the wider company to ensure our customers, both internal and external have everything they require to continue growing simple and secure connectivity for IoT devices.
The role will initially be based fully in the office for full training. Once training is complete, a minimum of 3 days in the office are expected.
**What you will be doing**
- Sim card dispatch and inventory management
- Sim card provisioning
- Customer account onboarding
- Dealing with requests and queries from customers
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure issues are resolved
- Updating and managing internal company databases
- General administrative support
- Building and developing strong working relationships within the business
**What we’re looking for**
- An organised, proactive team player who can prioritise their time whilst maintaining accuracy and a high level of detail in their work.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, Work and Outlook.
- A drive to review and continuously improve ways of working for efficiency.
- A strong and clear communicator who is keen to learn and grow with the role.
- **As an Entry level role, we’re looking for applicants with an interest in IoT/Connectivity, who will show an eagerness to learn and become a integral member of the Operations team.**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,606.65-£33,326.33 per year
