As Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for training and inspiring a passionate night team to deliver an inspirational guest experience.

**Key Competencies Include**:
Previous Hotel Reception experience is essential
Acts as a Duty Manager and as the main point of contact for the Hotel during the night in the absence of the Night Manager.
Handle walk-in guests, guest concerns and resolve any problems during their stay.
Deals with any incidents arising throughout the shift and ensures they are reported and escalated to the necessary people and departments as needed.
Prepares night audit reports as required.
Supervises and leads the team in all departments of the hotel throughout the night shift.
Deals with any issues as they arise and ensures the team are engaged and supported as they achieve their departmental goals.
Supports with the arrival and departure experience of guests and ensures that high levels of guest service are maintained throughout.
Ensures all Company health & safety and other requirements are met consistently and that the team is aware of their obligations.

**Skills and Experience required**:
Previous Hotel Reception experience is required
Operational knowledge of Night Audit/Hotel Reception procedures & working knowledge of Opera Cloud.
An effective communicator who is able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business, building a rapport with guests in a range of situations.
A leader who is passionate about engaging, inspiring and developing their team.
A working understanding of Hotel compliance requirements in regards to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Liquor Licensing.
Someone who enjoys working in fast paced environment.
MUST be flexible to work weekends, bank holidays and Night Shifts.
