Paraplanner / Administrator

An opportunity to join a fast moving Independent Financial Planning firm now based in the 'Bank’ in Banstead, Surrey. The salary range is therefore £28-32k + bonus + pension. Salary will be dependent on age, experience and this is an excellent opportunityto get involved in a firm that rewards for good results for the right individual who help drive the business forward. It may suit someone who wants to progress from administration to a more technical level to paraplanning. CII Exams will be offered as partof the progression package, if required.

We advise Pensions, Investments, Protection, IHT, mortgages and equity release. We are in the process of rapid change and growth and are building our team and infrastructure to serve our large customer base.

We have an excellent reputation within the marketplace and have been rated by the online portal VouchedFor in the top 10 IFAs in the UK. This role would suit someone who is preferably studying towards the Diploma Qualification level 4 and wants to put theirtechnical knowledge to use.

This is a full-time, office based role. This role will involve supporting the firm’s financial planners with suitability report writing, Mifid project, fact finding, and risk profiling and client interaction including dealing with enquiries and contactingleads. There will be the need for general administrative support as we embark on our ambitious change and growth programme so the role will be varied and challenging. It is a great opportunity for someone to grow in the role and help build on the firm's success.

We require someone who can hit the ground running and hence is likely to have already had industry experience.

The

**Required Skills**:

- Level 4 Diploma Qualified (Preferred or part qualified)
- Experience in providing IFA admin support with potential to become a paraplanner
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly around pensions, investments, along with a desire to continue development (essential) such as Equity Release, IHT planning and the life assurance protection market place.
