Title: Mortgage Broker

**Salary**: 35k-45k basic + various bonus

Location: Weybridge

My client, a well-established mortgage broker that is part of a wider real estate business are looking to bring on a mortgage broker ideally with experience in buy-to-let mortgage cases. The company has various introducers that provide you with leads, youwill also receive admin support.

The company are experiencing some exciting growth, have multiple offices and it is a great time to come onboard to take advantage of this.

Mortgage Broker Responsibilities;
- Convert leads that are provided by the company
- Communicate with other departments so ease the process
- Make sure all work is compliant
- Helping find each customer the right products to suit them

Experience Needed;
- You MUST have experience as a mortgage broker
- CeMAP qualified and CAS achieved
- Experience in dealing with Buy-to-Let and HNW mortgages would be ideal
