We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as a Caseworker (Employment) within Joint Legal Services. Could you be who we are looking for?

About the team/Department you will be joining:

- We are a small team providing a comprehensive legal service to the Chief Constables and Police and Crime Commissioners for South Wales.
- Joint Legal Services is a Collaborative team, supporting both South Wales and Gwent Police and covers a breadth of legal areas covering employment, operations, litigation and corporate law issues that affect policing.

About the role and your key responsibilities:

- This role will include undertaking legal and investigative work predominately in relation to employment matters but to provide resilience in relation to other areas.
- Deliver a high standard legal service by way of investigation, case preparation and file management.
- Assisting other team members in the provision of general advice to officers and staff.

What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:

- We are looking for someone who can work in a demanding work environment, offering clear advice dealing with a considerable and diverse caseload within time constraints and responding to fast changing
- We are keen to hear from you if you have experience of case preparation within the Employment Tribunals.
