**Salary from £46,792 to £54,094 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £60,244 pa inclusive of London allowance**

**This is a 9-month maternity cover with a possibility to be extended to 12 months**

LSE’s Department of Management is seeking to appoint a highly committed and motivated Head of Executive Programme Delivery to oversee, design and develop a portfolio of executive style degrees and short courses within the department and for leading the operational team that delivers these programmes. You must maintain an awareness of the impact of global developments on executive education, where appropriate.

Your responsibilities will include being the overall strategic and financial lead for the Executive Global MSc Management (EGMiM) programme, overseeing the student lifecycle including admissions and developing a marketing strategy for the executive programmes portfolio in conjunction with the Department Manager. You will also prepare contracts and draw up Memorandums of Understanding between LSE, partner schools, and collaborating organisations and to ensure that these meet necessary legal requirements.
- This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Programme Manager to join a busy and friendly team.

You should possess relevant experience of building and retaining business to achieve and grow agreed targets; preferably in an HE or similar professional development environment. You should have a proven ability to develop a level of knowledge to help inform management decisions and deliver objectives on time. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work under your own initiative as well as within a team, and sound IT skills.
