We’re looking for outstanding Customer Service Advisors to join our award winning customer service team for a **6 month contract**

**You’ll be**:

- Providing customers with information which is complete, accurate and up-to-date
- Resolving customer complaints on a first-touch basis
- Taking full ownership of queries and following them through to a successful outcome.
- Meeting agreed productivity requirements such as call time availability, and processing customer requests accurately so the quality is right first time.
- Working 35 hours per week, full-time
- Our Smart Working Policy is all about flexibility and giving our colleagues the best of both worlds. There will, however, be requirement to be in the offices in Andover regularly - so we are looking for people who want to work hybrid, combining remote working with travel to the office once a week.**About You**:

- Whether you have direct experience within a call centre environment, or you’re looking to join a fantastic team and start a career in Customer Service, we are looking for people who have a passion for giving customers a great experience and easier access to their healthcare needs.**You'll need**
- The ability to deliver a consistently positive customer experience, even under pressure
- Microsoft Office and digital skills
- Data input or admin experience with accuracy in processing customer requests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A track record of exceeding customer expectations and going the extra mile to resolve all queries or concerns
- Ability to demonstrate experience in complaint handling and resolution
