Our well established client are currently looking for a IT Service Desk Analyst to come in and join the team in Bristol on a permanent basis. Within this role, you will sit between 1st and 2nd Line support, where you will be resolving IT-related issues.

Key skills
- Office 365
- Azure Ad experience
- 1/2 years experience in a second line support role
- Windows Server
- Windows 10
- Ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
